Its June Sketch time...and a chance to win a few goodie's

Dianne was super quick to create this gorgeous page for our sketch this month.

For the vintage component Dianne has used a printed paper bag and also the invitation to the featured party which was a retro photo of the birthday boy.  Included is an autumn toned flower.  The invite covers the When, Where Why part of the journalling with the hidden tag providing more information about the day.

There is still plenty of time to send us your take on the sketch (details below)

Can you believe that after this next challenge you should have at least 6 pages completed for your 2011 albums! Well, that's if you have been keeping up with our monthly challenges.

To celebrate the middle of the year we have a scrap pack to give away to one lucky person. Every person who has taken part in one, or more of our sketch challenges this year up to, and including this months sketch will go into the draw to win.. so lets get cracking...

...Here's the sketch....

and here are the guild lines

Add some Autumn to your page, it can be in the form of -  the coloured paper/card you use     - a type of embellishment/s you add  - wording in your title or journalling  -  something found in your 'winter garden' ...or anything else you can think of that looks like autumn in some small or large way

Use at least one piece of 'memrobilia' type paper or an aged image in any way, shape or form on your page.

I have added some old images (below) . You can click on these to make them larger then save them to you computer, that way you can print them if you wish to use any of them on your layouts..

There are some wonderful web-sites around with awesome free images that you can use as well, here are links to some of my favorite 'image sites'

And, here are my examples ...Remember this month we are scrapping something from last month.

Last month I had a wonderful scrap friend come to stay, so have decided to scrap a little of  our time together.
I have used the wording on a printed out 'vintage page' as my title and added 'winter' in the form of branches and autumn leaves, and I have added tiny pine cones from a tree in our garden.

I have been busy and have created a second page using this same sketch, although my photos are not from last month!
I have used winter coloured background paper, added acorns, once again from my garden. And again I have used the words on a printed out piece of 'vintage memorabilia' as my title. I also used the 'boy image' to create a playing card, complete with stain, to embellish this page.

Happy creating everyone
I look forward to see lots of pages.
